So, recently I got the brain blast (lol) for the endgame (including the over-arching storyline and the big bad) for this story. I'm hoping I can pull it off as well as it has appeared in my head.
Whoops.
You ever have this moment where you're over halfway into something big and you realize "Wait a minute. This isn't what I think I've been going for?"
Then you realize "Oh crap this wasn't what I've been going for all along"
A crazy thought came to me as I was finishing up the first Interlude.
I greatly appreciate the fact that there's been a summary of the update posted. The rules sound reasonable enough. Coincidentally, I only got through about 30% of the post submitted to /r/mylittlepony last night outlining a message to the FimFiction team before I was pulled away from the screen.
As for the big thing, the new story tags:

So, this is another blog post about story options (no big spoilers so don't worry)!
The Princesses seem to have a guard (Night Guard, Day Guard, I assume Cadence has a 'love guard' or something) so I was planning on Tally having a 'Harmony Guard'. We all know the alicorns (especially Tally in this fic) don't really need them but they have different uses that help the princesses out in different ways.

So, I've been wondering something recently. Genuinely curious about this. I had a minor run where I was fairly popular on this site, and while that's behind me now, I'm wondering what outsiders thought.
